When I began attending yoga class with Nicole D’Andrea 6 months ago, I had hoped to regain some much-needed flexibility in my body. What I got was so much more than that.
Nicole welcomes and acknowledges her students in her warm way. Breathing deeply, we are encouraged to think about our intention for our practice that day. While learning the movements, Nicole tells a little about the philosophy of yoga, the why behind what we are doing.
There you are, making progress with Nicole helping in her knowledgeable way. She is on the floor showing us the poses, helping with form, and yes, cheerleading.
